AirPhotos (hereinafter referred to as "the App") is a photo album app developed by Zixing Yang. This Privacy Policy is intended to explain how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

AirPhotos takes user privacy seriously. The App's core functions are performed locally on your device, and it does not upload any of your photos, videos, or album content to external servers.

1. Information Collection and Use

To provide features such as photo browsing, organization, and trip/memory viewing, the App may access your system photo library—including time and location metadata associated with your photos—within the scope of your authorization.

2. Information Storage

To enhance your user experience, the App stores your preferences and cache data locally on your device. The developer cannot access this information via any server and will not disclose it to any third party.

3. Information Sharing

The App utilizes Apple-provided system capabilities and services, including the App Store, WeatherKit, and iCloud Photos. Premium purchases, subscriptions, and restoration of purchases are handled by the Apple App Store; weather-based memories may retrieve weather information for specific locations and dates via Apple WeatherKit; and the App may access data stored in your Apple iCloud Photos through system authorization.
